Spedietech provides ICT systems integration and managed technology services including, but not limited to: ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, energy solutions, cloud services, security systems, managed IT, procurement, professional services, and certification training. Specific terms for each engagement are detailed in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between Spedietech and the client.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Spedietech or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Any methodologies, tools, templates, or know-how developed by Spedietech during the course of a client engagement remain the intellectual property of Spedietech, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties to any service engagement agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary and business information disclosed in the course of the engagement. Specific confidentiality obligations will be detailed in the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Service Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, payment terms are as follows: invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing rate per month on the outstanding balance. Spedietech reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances exceeding 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Spedietech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Spedietech warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards. Manufacturer warranties for hardware and software products are passed through to clients. Spedietech does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or any service engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing litigation.
Spedietech reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
